About the brand
Maseca is a GRUMA brand. In 1949, in Cerralvo, Nuevo León (Mexico), GRUMA founded the world's first nixtamalised corn flour plant. Maseca has been in Central America since 1987; in Honduras, GRUMA operates through Demahsa, with a plant in San Pedro Sula.
